SHAPEABLE EXTERWELL

Application

Used in Osnovit heat-insulating composite facade systems (with pinned insolator) to shape the system exterior texture and color and protect (along with the base) the system from ambient impacts (GOST R 53786-2010).
Can also be used beyond the system to decorate facades and finish indoor surfaces. Recommended for offices, recreational facilities, business centers, public institutions, entrance halls and lobbies.
A finer grain size is recommended for indoor applications. Coarse grain material (from 2.0 mm) look more favorable on facades.
Thanks to high vapor permeability of the material, your walls can "breathe” i.e. pass vapor through without becoming damp.

Recommended substrates

Conventional, foam or aerated concrete; brickworks; cement or cement/lime plasters; drywalls or gypsum fiber boards

Color perceived varies with illumination level, finish material, day time and other conditions.The color can be affected by water content, mixing practice and time interval, mortar curing conditions as well as the application tools (make sure the tools are free from dark metals and chemical components).
